The Momito - A Hospitality Concept

Late 2024, I had partial backing for a hospitality project - the goal was a brand that stood for exceptional experience minus nonsense - not just for the guests, but for the business.

This meant minimal permitting, minimal or no city council/ town council bullshit. No HOA. Just the space to be, to do. No demolition or clearing headaches. For the operating team, this meant a simple, functional system with precise guardrails against failure.
