I’ve been thinking about that for a while. My work spans technology, business, food, hospitality, photography, podcasting, music, coffee, and so much more. It’s always been multi-modal. The problem was never the work, it was me, and my quest for a display case.

Instagram got ruined by stories and reels. LinkedIn turned everyone into an AI newsreader. YouTube makes you an algorithm’s employee.

Three platforms, three sets of rules. None of them mine.

When I saw Steph Ango’s post about his Obsidian vault, I jumped at what could be, and started building my own. Obsidian notes + Claude Code. No algorithm. No post specs. No landlord.
