I run KiloByte Collective, an applied-AI lab for small business. We build the system, you test it against acceptance criteria written into the contract, and you own everything we ship.
Dinealog is the live one: it answers restaurant phones, all the calls at the same time, takes orders and books tables while the staff stays on the floor. I wrote about sitting in a restaurant watching it work a dinner rush in Dinealog.
