I single handedly built Mexico’s best Indian Restaurant - Velvet House, and destroyed it before others could ruin it. (2023-2024)
I turned a $6,000 investment into $800 a day in revenue. Did the following entirely myself -
- Continuously iterated and built a menu from scratch over 6 months
- Built 2 outdoor kitchens and equipped by hand
