I single handedly built Mexico’s best Indian Restaurant - Velvet House, and destroyed it before others could ruin it. (2023-2024)

I turned a $6,000 investment into $800 a day in revenue. Did the following entirely myself -

  1. Continuously iterated and built a menu from scratch over 6 months
  2. Built 2 outdoor kitchens and equipped by hand
  3. Restaurant became - multiple concepts implemented led to final form
  4. Less than 0.3% waste in a year
  5. Sourcing, Inventory, Kitchen, Service, Sales, Marketing, Dogs, & Vibes
  6. Hired 8 staff after 4 months, taught them all how to cook and serve Indian food - by cooking and serving them myself
  7. All 5 star reviews, not this, but the reviews telling a tale
  8. Best Espresso in Tulum - I’m a plant to sip coffee nut, my coffee sensitivities - a blend of Italian and Indonesian brews…
